:-Good Knowledge in Java / J2EE Development

:-Through Knowledge on the IDE's (RAD, Eclipse)

:-Good Knowledge on applications servers like Websphere, Weblogic & JBOSS.

:-Good Development Experience in DOJO, SOAP, Webservices, Rest Services and EJB's

:-Any experience in ECM / BPM suite of products is a plus.

:-Well understanding about the frameworks Struts, Spring, Hibernate

:-Good knowledge in Database (Oracle or SQL Server)

:-Develop, Test, Implement and Maintain application software working with established processes.

:-Should have good written / verbal communication skills.
