工业培训生将在公司油脂部门下属的各工厂轮岗工作两年，通过系统性地学习工厂生产经营中各个工艺流程、部门协作以及项目管理等知识，发展未来工厂职业经理人所要求的生产技术管理能力和团队领导力，完成从培训生到操作员、值班长、工程师直至主管的转型。

• 招聘对象：2026年应届毕业生及职场新人（1-3年工作经验，从事生产、维修、质量等相关岗位 ）
• 参考专业：食品科学与工程、食品质量与安全、机械工程、自动化等理工科专业
• 本科以上学历
• 工作地点&轮岗地点：广州南沙，天津，江苏张家港，东莞
