Dr. Clean Inc. is looking to hire a full-time Industrial Services Supervisor (ISS).

The focus of the Industrial Services Supervisor is ensuring safe, consistent and high quality service delivery relating to the day-to-day operations of our Industrial Services Division.

We are seeking a qualified individual equipped to oversee both the industrial client relationship and foster an environment of positivity, support and growth for our hard-working Industrial Pressure Washing Technicians and Labourers. Specifically focusing on the safety, training and development of our workers well-being and work performance.

Requirements:

Clean drivers abstract

Must be bondable; Clean CPIC will be required.

Must be easily accessible on company cell phone.

Must be mechanically inclined; able to replace/change/maintain pressure washing equipment.

Must be able to problem solve, work independently, tight timelines and able to prioritize jobs/tasks/deadlines.

Must be comfortable performing inspections / audits outside in all weather conditions.

Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends as per pre-arranged schedule.

Must have previous Supervisory experience and possess good communication skills.

Must be knowledgeable in creating and implementing work schedules, JHA's, Task Lists, Daily Reporting.

Must be familiar and competent utilizing scheduling software, email accounts, GPS, Work Order App.

Must be dedicated to the role, possess self-starter abilities, and excel at time management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Position: In Person

Hours: 44-48 hours per week

License/Certification:

Driving License (required)
