Job Description:

In the frame of major projects of acquisition of new assets, the Maintenance Engineer brings the Maintenance requirements and expertise along the acquisition projects in order to optimize the maintainability of the new asset when entering into the production phase.

Ensures the Maintenance Department receives all the definitive documentation needed to optimize the performance of maintenance activities on this new asset.

Analysis of failures and common faults that occur and how to take action to prevent them reoccurring through PPS methodology.

Ensure the required technical plant availability in the respective field of activity.

Lead digital transformation strategy in maintenance.

The selected candidate will join the TAOTX1 department.
In this position, you will provide cross-functional support in the manufacturing
and delivery of our military aircraft: A330 MRTT, A400M, and EFA.
Our organization is responsible for the management of all external industrial
means and services. This includes:

Industrial asset management & Maintenance
Tool center management and industrial supplies
Outsourced Industrial services: Jet fuel supply, work wear, aerial
platforms, Ground Support Equipment, PPE, etc

Industrial Organization: KAIZEN develpment, CAPEX acquisition,
workshop empowerment, etc

Task & accountabilities

Manage cross-functional teams to achieve client objectives.
Ensure that all stakeholders working in their area of responsibility are
aware of and comply with standards.

Ensure the implementation of the department's strategy and objectives.
Ensure continuous improvement and Operational Excellence in the
department.

Ensure communication of the VOC in the department, promoting actions
to improve customer satisfaction.

Lead the cultural transformation toward a more efficient organization.
Serve as a benchmark in the area in terms of team commitment,
dynamism, values, ethics, and compliance.

Define, specify, implement, and support industrial resources according to
client requirements.

Manage and oversee contractual relationships with suppliers to ensure
delivery on time, at cost, and at the appropriate quality level, with the
relevant supply chain organization.

Support manufacturing feedback for continuous improvement, Kaizen,
and PPS.
