How You’ll Contribute:

Perform daily maintenance, inspections, and repairs across facility systems

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues with accuracy

Execute tasks from maintenance logs and preventative schedules

Collaborate directly with the Maintenance Supervisor and production leads

Maintain tool inventory, flag part needs, and document work

Keep your area organized and functional for the next shift

Ensure all work meets internal safety and operating standards

Stay ahead of downtime, not behind it

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience in maintenance (industrial, facilities, automotive, or similar)

Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and/or hydraulic systems

Comfortable using hand and power tools

Able to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work on elevated platforms

Willing to work in an industrial environment (dust, noise, movement)

Must pass background check, drug screen, and skills assessment

Pay & Benefits:

$23.00–$28.00/hour, based on technical experience
