Job Description

Hire Resolve is assisting employers across manufacturing, logistics, and distribution in hiring experienced industrial engineering and operational excellence professionals for multiple roles focused on efficiency, throughput, and cost performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs (Kaizen, VSM, 5S)
• Analyze workflows, capacity, labor standards, and production planning impacts
• Improve quality, cycle times, safety outcomes, and OEE
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting for operations leadership
• Support facility layout, line balancing, and process redesign initiatives

Requirements:
• BS in Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• 7–15+ years in manufacturing, distribution, or high-volume operations
• Proven Lean/Six Sigma capability (certification a plus)
• Strong data analysis skills (Excel; Power BI a plus)
• Strong leadership and change management capability
