Industrial Designer (w/m/d), Stuttgart

Your mission:
As an Industrial Designer, you will contribute to the creation of innovative products that are both meaningful and visually lovable. Joining our renowned ID practice, you’ll play a vital role in shaping designs that make an impact. With over two years of experience, you bring a solid foundation in design principles and project execution. You are eager to grow and thrive in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment, tackling diverse challenges with creativity and enthusiasm. Your strong sense of aesthetics and functional design allows you to craft feasible and desirable. Tasks 
• Design and contribute to interdisciplinary client projects alongside a collaborative team
• Conduct desktop and qualitative research to uncover valuable insights
• Develop engaging design stories and support in creating design/brand strategy frameworks
• Participate in and contribute to exploration workshops with colleagues and clients
• Generate innovative ideas and transform them into valuable concepts.
• Join design critiques to refine your craft and enhance your critical thinking
• Create products and experiences using tools such as Adobe CC, Rhino, SolidWorks, KeyShot or Blender
• Build visually compelling presentations to support your design narratives

Your profile:
• 2+ years of industry work experience as an industrial designer in an international setting. Experience with Chinese market/clients would be a plus
• A collaborative mindset, strong ambition, and emotional intelligence
• Critical thinking skills, creativity, and the ability to articulate ideas clearly
• Ability to contribute effectively to interdisciplinary projects with guidance and support
• Attention to detail and growing proficiency in tools like hand-sketching, Adobe CC, Rhino, SolidWorks, KeyShot, and Cinema 4D. Familiarity with PowerPoint is expected
• Interest in exploring adjacent disciplines, such as CMF, research, brand strategy, or UX/UI
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. German language skills are a plus
