About the role:
Join our Product Development team as an Industrial Designer and play a key role in shaping the future of medical devices. As an Industrial Designer, you’ll contribute to early stage product innovation, conducting feasibility investigations, developing prototypes, and creating minimum viable concepts. Gather user feedback to inform design concepts
Support regulatory and design control activities with technical input
Prepare updates and reports for stakeholders

What we’re looking for:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role and be confident working across the full product lifecycle, from early concept through to production. Strong communication skills are key, as you’ll be translating complex ideas into clear, user focused design solutions.
Strong expertise in UX/UI principles and industrial design, with working knowledge in CAD tools
Hands on prototyping experience (3D printing, laser cutting, physical modelling)
Excellent visual communication and presentation skills (Adobe Creative Suite, basic photography/videography)
Strong sketching and visual ideation skills, with the ability to quickly communicate concepts and iterate designs
Understanding of medical device design processes and regulatory requirements
Creative and critical thinker, able to solve complex design challenges
