Welcome to Mixtiles! In the beginning, in 2016, we were just two best friends working on a simple idea: how to make it super easy to turn your favorite smartphone photos into awesome wall art.

Today, we have multiple product lines, including Mixtiles, Mixtiles Art, Easyplant and Oasis. And we're shipping new products every year.

This is an amazing opportunity to join the core team of a new, promising startup, that operates under the umbrella of "Mixtiles", one of the largest Israeli consumer companies.

Areas of responsibility

• Design leadership - Lead the development of current and new product designs, ensuring they are innovative, user-friendly, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with the Oasis brand

• Solve product pain points (usability/aesthetics) - identify product pain points and build a design roadmap for resolution. Interact and analyze customer feedback and needs

• Project management & execution - Lead design projects from concept to production (NPI), ensuring they meet deadlines, budget, and project goals

• Manufacturing and quality control - Ensure the final product meets exceptional quality standards through a close collaboration with the production and engineering teams

Who are we looking for

• 6+ years of experience as an Industrial Designer

• Additional experience in a high-scale production company is an advantage

• Excellence in solving product usability/aesthetics issues through design

• Execution excellence - Proven track record of end-to-end ownership and self-motivation

• Strong consumer-centric approach, encompassing product design and process understanding

• Entrepreneurial drive, with experience in project management in large-scale companies or as an entrepreneur. Ability to lead projects from concept to reality (0 to 1)

• Data-driven - Comfortable with leveraging data in decision-making processes

• High collaboration standards (team player): Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and ensure effective execution

• Research-oriented and autodidactic: Continuously seeking new knowledge and self-improvement

• High motivation and strong problem-solving skills
