Your mission:
You are the future of design and innovation. PHOENIX has a 30+ year track record of preparing young talent for professional life.

• conduct desktop- and qualitative-research, and learn how to identify insights
• methodically explore ideas and turn them into people-minded concepts
• participate in design-crits to improve your craft and thinking skills
• design products and experiences using Adobe CC, Sketch, Figma
• collaborate with the team to build presentations that wow clients

Your profile:
• students majoring in interaction, interface or communication design
• high motivation in working with an international design team
• passion for delivering best design experience
• commitment to do a six-month long internship
• very good verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Chinese skills
