JGM Fabricators & Constructors is hiring an experienced Industrial Construction Scheduler with strong Primavera P6 expertise to support multiple concurrent industrial construction projects across the United States.

This role focuses on project scheduling, manpower loading, resource forecasting, and schedule risk analysis in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain baseline and live project schedules in Primavera P6

Perform manpower loading, labor forecasting, and resource leveling

Integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules into master schedules

Conduct site visits (up to 50% travel) to validate progress and identify schedule variances

Perform schedule risk analysis and develop mitigation/recovery plans

Generate look-ahead schedules to support field execution

Prepare schedule updates, dashboards, and executive-level reports

Support preconstruction scheduling for bids and proposals

Maintain consolidated roll-up schedules for company-wide forecasting

Required Qualifications

5+ years scheduling experience in industrial construction

Primavera P6 proficiency (required)

Experience with manpower loading and resource forecasting

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong understanding of construction sequencing and critical path method (CPM)

Willingness to travel nationally (up to 50%)

Strong communication skills with field and executive teams

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional) certification

Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects
