Duties and Responsibilities:
Teach, coach and guide the members of your crew to help them succeed and grow into the next generation of leaders.
Work hands-on with your crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
Complete time sheets, work orders and other company and client paperwork as required.
Manage the use of equipment and other resources.
Maintain assigned vehicle, tools, and equipment in good working order.
Qualifications:
Construction background/experience required
Grain system/equipment installation experience a plus
Welding experience/Knowledge desired
High mechanical aptitude
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to drive a company vehicle required
Able to multi-task, handle multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Physical Demands:
This job can require heavy, sustained physical exertion in hot/frigid environments
Routinely, walking, standing, lifting, climbing, reaching, and handling
Ability to climb stairs and ladders
Ability to lift at least (75) pounds
