Requirements: Prospective Independent Contractors are required to provide the following documentation: Valid Business License, LLC or Incorporated Status Worker's Compensation Insurance General Liability Insurance and Non-Owned Auto Insurance Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN) Additional verifiable business references Minimum age requirement of 18 years Favorable results from background investigations Minimum of 1-year commercial janitorial cleaning experience required Note: Sole proprietorships will not be considered.
