About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Project Manager to juggle multiple projects across our incubator’s diverse crypto ventures, ensuring smooth delivery and seamless project flow. Reporting to the CEO/Founder, the TPM will coordinate distributed teams across Asia and beyond, aligning timelines, resources, and priorities for payments, fintech, AI, and Web3 initiatives. With the potential to grow into a product management role, this position requires best-effort coordination to drive portfolio-wide efficiency. Candidates with experience in high-throughput technologies, AI, or complex systems are ideal, with payments/fintech expertise as a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Project Management: Juggle diverse projects across payments, wallets, lending, data, AI, and asset management, prioritizing tasks to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

• Seamless Coordination: Act as the central coordinator for distributed teams, aligning developers, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain consistent project flow and resolve bottlenecks.

• Portfolio Synchronization: Drive uniformity in project speed, quality, and outcomes across the incubator’s ventures, proactively addressing delays or misalignments.

• Requirement Gathering: Translate business and technical needs into clear project requirements, collaborating with portfolio companies to define scopes and deliverables.

• Strategic Partnership: Work closely with the CEO/Founder to prioritize initiatives, deliver concise progress updates, and align projects with the incubator’s vision.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for portfolio companies, managing expectations, gathering feedback, and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication.

• Web3 Integration: Support Web3-related projects (e.g., blockchain, smart contracts) by learning and applying concepts, even with limited prior experience.

• Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success and drive continuous improvement across the portfolio.

• Growth to Product Management: Gradually take on product management responsibilities, such as defining roadmaps and strategies, as the role evolves.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years in project management, ideally in high-throughput technologies (e.g., distributed systems, real-time processing), AI, or complex systems (e.g., cloud infrastructure, data platforms). Payments, fintech, or banking experience is a plus but not required.

• Multi-Project Expertise: Proven ability to juggle multiple, concurrent projects with competing priorities, ensuring smooth delivery and consistent project flow in fast-paced settings.

• Coordination Skills: Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate distributed, cross-functional teams, proactively resolving conflicts and maintaining momentum.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, with familiarity in areas like AI pipelines, microservices, APIs, or blockchain technologies. Ability to quickly learn Web3 concepts (e.g., Ethereum, smart contracts).

• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication, with the ability to distill technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and provide concise updates to leadership.

• Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, remote-first environment with global teams and evolving priorities, adept at managing ambiguity.

• Web3 Interest: Enthusiasm for learning Web3 technologies and applying them to portfolio projects, even if prior experience is limited.

• Passion: Genuine interest in innovative technologies (AI, Web3, high-throughput systems) and the transformative potential of the incubator’s portfolio, with a desire to grow into a product management role.
