ProSomnus Sleep Technologies is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Incoming Material Handler to join our team. The Incoming Material Handler will be responsible for inspecting incoming materials, releasing approved materials for production use based on first in first out (FIFO) rules, processing inspection documentation, offloading materials from trucks with a forklift, organizing and stocking shelves, monitoring inventory levels, and performing other duties as assigned. This position requires occasional overtime and reports to the Sourcing Manager.
Shift Schedule
M-F 9:30am – 6:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming materials and complete related inspection documentation.
Distribute materials to the appropriate departments as needed for production.
Accurately label and identify received materials.
Organize and stock shelves efficiently based on first in first out rules.
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels.
Monitor & track incoming material shipments
Physical inventory counts as needed.
Resolve any courier delays related to material delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse/workspace.
Operate a pallet jack, forklift & other necessary equipment safely and effectively.
Offload materials from trucks using a forklift.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Basic computer knowledge, good written and verbal communication.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a material handling or logistics environment.
Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
