We offer an exciting career opportunity for an individual with the following details:
Summaries of Responsibilities:
• Conduct audits for all departments to ensure revenue accuracy
• Review invoices, receipts, and other financial documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Prepare daily revenue reports and assist the Finance Manager in month-end closing activities
• Investigate discrepancies or irregularities in financial data and report findings to management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with department heads to ensure timely and accurate revenue reporting
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and procedures and make recommendations to management
Requirements:
• Only for Indonesian Citizen
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Income Auditor in a 5-star resort
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large sets of data
• In-depth knowledge of Excel tools for data presentation as well as intricate financial statements for audit tasks and hotel management systems, especially OPERA PMS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
