About Rocket Now

Rocket Now is a food delivery service with no delivery or service fees. Consumers can enjoy a wide variety of cuisines, from Japanese and Western food to healthy options, as well as desserts and drinks, quickly and affordably. The service is currently available mainly in Hokkaido, Tohoku (Sendai), Kanto (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba), Chubu (Aichi, Shizuoka), Kansai (Osaka, Kyoto, Hyogo), Hiroshima, and Kyushu (Fukuoka).

Rocket Now won the Excellence Award in the Shopping Category at the Best App Awards 2025. Furthermore, it has achieved the No. 1 ranking in the Food Delivery App category for nine consecutive months on both the iOS and Android app stores (*1), and the app continues to grow, surpassing 5 million downloads in just 15 months since its launch (*2).

What You Will Do

• Handling, analyzing, and resolving critical issues for Rocket Now


Establishing and managing policies related to critical issues and abuse cases


Monitoring service risks involving customers, merchants, and riders, and setting up management processes


Supporting external complaint handling and recurrence prevention measures


Developing and managing business risk prevention policies


Establishing and updating dispute resolution policies among customers, merchants, and riders

Basic Qualifications


Ability to analyze business risks from a Legal and PR perspective


Experience in external affairs or public-facing issue resolution


At least 2 years of relevant experience in areas such as customer support, external complaint handling, service planning, or similar roles


Experience developing rapid response strategies and handling on-site or urgent situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or logistics-related industries

• Ability to make fast, sound decisions in a dynamic environment

• Strong communication and planning skills

• Hands-on experience with offline customer interactions

• Data analysis or service planning experience

• Korean language proficiency
