We are hiring candidates for an International Tech Voice Process for US shift. Fixed night.

Job Description:

Recommendation of technical help through easy steps

Converting a Caller to a Customer by placing & enrolling the apt support plan through soft selling skills

Software or Service packages to be sold

Resolving all issues promptly, thoroughly and in a cost effective manner.
