We’re continuing to scale our Italian Sales hub in Milan, and we’re looking for an Inbound Sales Team Lead to drive performance, develop talent, and play a key role in building a high-performing sales organisation.

This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys real ownership, and is motivated by both people development and business impact.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and scale a team of Inbound Sales Representatives working with warm, high-intent leads

• Be hands-on in day-to-day operations: calls, deal strategy, objection handling, and performance coaching

• Drive hiring and onboarding efforts, ensuring new joiners ramp quickly and effectively

• Build and continuously improve training programs that are practical, engaging, and impactful

• Use data to monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement solutions to raise the bar

• Partner with leadership on team structure, capacity planning, and scaling strategy

• Foster a strong team culture built on accountability, ownership, and continuous feedback

You’ll be close to the action — on the floor, with the team, solving problems and driving improvements every week.

🧠 Who This Is For

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have experience managing sales teams, ideally in high-growth or performance-driven environments

• Have been involved in hiring, onboarding, and scaling teams, not just maintaining them

• Bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset — you don’t just highlight problems, you actively work to solve them

• Are comfortable balancing performance delivery with people development

• Have strong experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and sales metrics, using data to inform decisions

• Communicate clearly, lead with credibility, and know how to influence without micromanaging

• Speak Italian and English fluently

Experience in fintech, SaaS, or payments is a strong plus, but not essential.
