We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inbound Sales Specialist to manage and engage incoming leads, ensure fast response times, and support the sales process from first contact through appointment setting.
This role is critical in converting inbound interest into qualified opportunities by maintaining consistent communication, accurate tracking, and timely follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and engage all incoming leads from multiple sources, ensuring accurate logging in the CRM
• Make initial contact with new leads via phone, text, or email within 5 minutes of entry
• Qualify leads as Nurture, Warm, or HOT based on defined criteria
• Guide leads through the sales funnel and schedule appointments
• Conduct consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and move them toward conversion
• Track lead activity and measure conversion ratios across the pipeline
• Prepare and submit monthly lead conversion reports
• Reach out to past clients to generate referrals and re-engagement opportunities
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Experience in sales or customer service (health or wellness industry preferred)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
