We are a fast-growing Health & Wellness DTC eCommerce brand looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to join our team and be the trusted point of contact for customers. In this role, you will handle incoming inquiries, guide customers through our product offerings, and deliver a personalized, seamless experience that turns interest into sales while strengthening long-term customer relationships.

You will respond promptly to customer questions via phone, email, or chat, recommend products that meet their needs, and deliver tailored sales presentations. You will process orders accurately, maintain detailed CRM records, collaborate with internal teams, and address concerns professionally. Success in this role is measured by your ability to exceed sales targets, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and consistently create positive experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information and solutions about our products.

Understand customer needs, goals, and concerns to recommend the right products and maximize satisfaction.

Guide customers through the purchasing process, converting inquiries into completed orders efficiently.

Deliver personalized and persuasive sales presentations tailored to each customer.

Process orders accurately and ensure a smooth, positive buying experience.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, order details, and feedback in the CRM system.

Build trust with customers by answering questions, addressing concerns professionally, and protecting the company’s reputation.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.

Qualifications: 

3+ years of sales experience, preferably in inbound or ecommerce sales.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to understand customer needs quickly and match them with appropriate solutions.

Comfort using CRM systems, phone platforms, and other sales tools.

Customer-focused mindset with empathy and patience.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
