As the Inbound Sales Representative you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the best coaching solutions available. This role combines consultative sales, relationship building, and customer care to ensure an excellent experience throughout the buyer journey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct calls and follow-ups with individuals who have expressed interest in coaching services.
• Use established conversation frameworks to actively listen, build rapport, and align solutions with customer goals.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure clients are matched with the most suitable coach based on discovery insights.
• Address questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Perform follow-up calls after initial sessions to gather feedback, encourage continued engagement, and managereferrals.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment while also working independently when needed.
• Apply creative thinking and problem-solving skills to improve customer outcomes and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate high emotional intelligence, openness to feedback, and adaptability in a dynamic setting.

Requirements:

Benefits:
Salary Range: $2,500-$3,500 USD

Working Hours: US Time Zones

Schedule: Flexible for a five-day work schedule, ensuring availability for at least one weekend day

Payment Frequency: Monthly
