About the Role

We are currently looking for an Inbound Sales Closer who can effectively communicate with potential customers through Instagram DMs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with leads, nurturing relationships, and closing sales directly from social media interactions. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while focusing on building sales through social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers via Instagram DMs in a friendly and professional manner.
• Qualify leads based on their needs and interests, providing tailored responses to inquiries.
• Effectively communicate the value of our services to convert leads into paying customers.
• Maintain organized records of all interactions and updates within our CRM.
• Follow up with leads consistently and timely, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
• Provide insights on increasing sales effectiveness and optimizing social media strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align on messaging and campaigns.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales or closing roles, preferably in a remote or digital environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport through chat.
• Familiarity with Instagram as a platform for business communication and sales.
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively to incoming inquiries, maintaining a sense of urgency.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Basic experience with CRM systems or social media management tools is a plus.
