Responsibilities:
• Provides customer support through different communication channels (phone, email, chat).
• Resolve issues and accommodates customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
• Collaborates with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues
• Maintains accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.
Requirements:
• At least 6 months BPO Experience
• Order taking or food industry experience is a PLUS
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in MAKATI
• Amenable working weekends and night shift
