What You'll Do::

Drive Consumer Engagement: Manage a consistent flow of inbound and outbound calls, guiding conversations to help individuals establish a path toward financial stability


Resolución de problemas: Investigate account details and work with consumers to resolve discrepancies or disputes.


Master Multi-System Navigation: Toggle between various software platforms and screens to provide real-time updates and efficient service


Maintain Accurate Records: Document all communications and account activities across multiple digital channels

Qualifications & Experience::
• Needed: High school diploma or GED, and a high sense of ownership, resilience, and dependability

• Preferred: Experience in 3rd-party collections

• Encouraged to Apply: Candidates with backgrounds in Customer Service or Sales who are looking to transition their skills

Onsite Work & Physical Requirements
