In transfer pricing at PwC, you will focus on providing guidance and support to clients on transfer pricing matters. In this field, you will help businesses establish and maintain appropriate pricing for transactions between related entities, maintaining compliance with tax regulations and minimising the risk of disputes.

Job Description & Summary: A career within Managed Services

Responsibilities:

● The tasks, roles and responsibilities pertaining to the job role of an Associate will include the following: ● Assist in Pillar Two / Global Minimum Tax safe harbour and top-up tax calculations in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations. ● Analyze financial statements / annual reports of clients ● Monitor developments in international tax regulations related to Pillar Two and updating clients and team members accordingly. ● Draft work papers (memo, reports, presentations, proposals, computations, etc.) in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint ensuring adherence to a prescribed style and format. ● Ensure continuous compliance with all the risk and quality management standards of the firm. Assist seniors in engagement, risk management and project MIS related compliances

Mandatory skill sets:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical and numerical skills - Ability to analyze financial statements Number crunching ability

Preferred skill sets:

- Excellent skills in MS office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Demonstrating a proactive and robust thought process - Meticulous, committed attitude and an eye for detail
