Those in tax compliance at PwC will focus on validating clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations. You will review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non-compliance.

Job Description & Summary: A career within Managed Services

Responsibilities:

· Ensure end-to-end VAT compliance, including preparation of VAT returns and other VAT related reports for European countries. · Reconciliation of indirect tax balance sheet accounts · Support VAT process standardization projects · Support month-end closing procedure · Ensure internal and external control processes · Meet all reporting deadlines

Mandatory skill sets:

· Understanding of European VAT/ GST experience in any other jurisdiction and corresponding filing requirements · Good stakeholder management · Strong Excel and data analytics skill set

Preferred skill sets:

· Attention to detail and administrative tasks · Excellent communication skills both written and verbal · Able and committed to meet deadlines and quality requirements · Ability to work effectively both as an individual and as a team member
