Responsibilities
1. Strategic Support for National Head (Business Services)
• Calendar & Time Optimization: Managing complex schedules and prioritizing high-impact meetings.
• Executive Communication: Drafting high-level correspondence and acting as a professional liaison for stakeholders.
• Analyzing multiple reports on behalf of the BS head and supporting him to give insights
• Meeting Lifecycle Management: Preparing briefing materials, recording actionable minutes, and tracking post-meeting follow-ups. Will add up to the role of being the BSLT convener and support the entire BSLT.
• Data Analytics Liaison: Collaborating with the Project Management Office (PMO) to assist in reporting and data-driven decision support [Case Study].
2. Administration & Facility Management
• Facility Operations: Overseeing daily canteen operations, pantry services, and mailroom logistics to ensure workplace efficiency.
• Documentation & Governance: Maintaining digital and physical filing systems, ensuring compliance with corporate record-keeping policies.
• Event & MIS Coordination: Leading location-level events and managing Management Information Systems (MIS) for reporting and tracking.
• Vendor Management: Coordinating with external service providers for facility upkeep and administrative supplies.
• Operational Proxy Support: Serving as a cross-functional backup for Front Office Executives (FOE) and soft services coordination.
