Working in Workday programme management will involve coordinating multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of Workday solutions. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Lead design and implementation of Workday data models ensuring consistency for HCM and Finance. 2. Oversee data migration and ETL processes across Workday modules. 3. Build, optimize, and maintain comprehensive reporting and dashboard solutions. 4. Collaborate with business teams to translate data needs into technical specifications. 5. Validate and reconcile data during implementation, upgrades, and audits. 6. Ensure Workday data governance, security, and compliance protocols are adhered to. 7. Identify and resolve complex data-related issues affecting system performance or reporting. 8. Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture and processes. 9. Train internal teams and clients on Workday data best practices. 10. Stay abreast of Workday data management innovations and apply improvements. ·

Workday, Data Expert (HCM & FIN)

Preferred skill sets:

With certification, must have demonstrated consulting & end-to-end implementation experience in Workday

Minimum 10 - 16 years of relevant experience · Overall experience can vary between 10 - 16 Years

Education qualification:

Work experience in IT & ITeS/Software product companies preferred · B.E/B.Tech + MBA (optional) · ERP Implementation Exp
