Job Description & Summary: A career within…. We focus on a collection of organizational technology capabilities, including business intelligence, data management, and data assurance that help our clients drive innovation, growth, and change within their organizations in order to keep up with the changing nature of customers and technology. We make impactful decisions by mixing mind and machine to leverage data, understand and navigate risk, and help our clients gain a competitive edge. 

Responsibilities:

Data Governance & Strategy
 

• Define and execute the enterprise data governance strategy, operating model, and roadmap
• Establish data policies, standards, procedures, and controls across domains
• Lead data ownership, stewardship, and accountability models

Data Quality & Metadata
 

• Design and oversee data quality frameworks, KPIs, issue management, and remediation
• Implement metadata management, data cataloging, lineage, and business glossary initiatives
• Ensure consistency of definitions, reference data, and master data management

Compliance, Risk & Privacy
 

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements (e.g., GDPR, DPDP Act, SOX, BCBS 239, HIPAA—as applicable)
• Partner with Legal, Risk, and InfoSec teams on data privacy, classification, retention, and access controls
• Support audits, regulatory exams, and risk assessments

Stakeholder & Program Management
 

• Collaborate with business leaders, data owners, architects, and engineering teams
• Lead cross-functional governance forums and steering committees
• Manage enterprise data governance programs, budgets, and vendors

Leadership & Enablement

• Lead, mentor, and develop data governance managers, analysts, and data stewards
• Drive data literacy, governance awareness, and change management initiatives
• Define success metrics and regularly report progress to executive leadership

Mandatory skill sets:

• Experience with data governance tools (Collibra, Alation, Informatica, Ataccama, Purview, etc.)

Preferred skill sets:

• Certifications: CDMP, DCAM, CIPP/E, PMP, Agile, or similar

Years of experience required:

12-16

Education Qualification

B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA / MCA
