Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our blockchain team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technological skills and a deep understanding of blockchain. They will be responsible for driving the adoption of blockchain technology solutions by leveraging their technical knowledge to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions. They will act as the primary technical liaison during the sales process, ensuring the technical feasibility of proposals and building strong customer relationships. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Consultation: Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs and design customized blockchain solutions.
• Product Demonstration: Present and demonstrate technical products and solutions to prospective clients, clearly articulating the value proposition and technical features.
• Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate closely with internal technical, sectoral and competency teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements and provide customer feedback to influence the solutions.
• Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage client relationships throughout the engagement.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct market research, track market dynamics, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitor activity.
• Strong understanding of blockchain and web3 technology space.
• Good Knowledge on Ethereum, Hyperledger, smart contracts, APIs and best practices in blockchain adoption.
• Excellent communication and market intelligence skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design tailored solutions that resonate with client objectives.
• Open to travel and relocation
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within teams.

• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Certification in blockchain and/or related areas of technology

Years of Experience Required:

• Minimum 6-9 years of overall technology experience focusing on IT solutions
• At least 3-5 years of experience in DLT/blockchain/p2p trading/web3
• Experience in working with small/focused teams in a lab set up
• Exposure to complementary tools and technologies while connecting blockchain with legacy systems

BE/Btech
