Job Description & Summary: Experienced SAP Security Senior Associates with a strong background in SAP implementation experience in multiple Projects with strong knowledge in design, architecting solutions in SAP Security.

Responsibilities:

1. Role Design and Implementation: o Design, develop, and implement SAP security roles and profiles based on business requirements. o Analyze and troubleshoot authorization issues and provide solutions. 2. User Administration: o Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role assignments. o Perform user administration in various SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.). 3. Compliance and Audit: o Ensure compliance with internal controls, security policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR). o Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations. 4. Monitoring and Maintenance: o Monitor SAP systems for security breaches or unauthorized access. o Conduct regular security audits and reviews. o Maintain and update SAP security documentation. 5. Collaboration and Support: o Work closely with functional and technical teams to understand security requirements. o Provide support for SAP security-related issues and incidents. o Conduct training sessions for end-users and other stakeholders on SAP security best practices. 6. Continuous Improvement: o Stay updated with SAP security patches, notes, and best practices. o Propose and implement improvements to the SAP security framework.

Mandatory skill sets:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. · Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP security administration. · Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts, including roles, profiles, authorizations, and user management. · Experience with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions is a plus. · Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR). · Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
