Job Description & Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines for both batch and real-time data processing. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a passion for data engineering, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines for batch and real-time data processing.
• Develop and maintain high-performance ETL processes using tools like Ab Initio and PySpark.
• Write, troubleshoot, and optimize code using Python, SQL, and Unix Shell Scripting.
• Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools such as Composer, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Dataplex, and Dataproc to enhance data processing capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and efficiency in all processes.

Mandatory skill sets:

• Python, SQL, Ab Initio (ETL Tool), Unix Shell Scripting, PySpark.
