" Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned SAP SD Responsibilities: SAP Techno-functional analyst To take the functional consultant role within the application support team for SAP SD. Key Responsibilities: Ø Provide expertise in assisting business and end users for day to day operations primarily in SAP SD and front end technologies Ø Good understanding of Business and process analysis Ø Liaising with stakeholders from Engineering, customer support teams and other cross functional teams Ø Quality Assurance & Documentation Ø Flexibility to work on new areas as needed Ø Working Knowledge of SAP ABAP / Debugging is must Ø Working knowledge of Reports, Module Pool, Sap Scripts, Forms, ALV Reports, ALE/IDOC, service gateway / integrations, BADIs, BAPI's, SAP Queries, Object Oriented programming Ø Understanding of release and change management process Mandatory skill sets: · At least 3+ years of IT experience in SAP SD (Sd certification preferred) Ø Should be well versed with Inquiries, Quotes, Sales Orders, Sales Return, Consignment Contract, Scheduling Agreements, Credit Debit Memo requests, Rush Orders Cash Sales, Back Orders etc. Ø · Good understanding of the integration with MM and FI module and have good exposure to SAP MM &SAP FI Ø · Knowledge of integration between SAP and non-SAP external systems(EDI), IDOC’s, rest API’s. Ø · Experience of operating in a large enterprise landscape spanning SAP, middleware and other systems. Ø · Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing, knowledge article creation. Ø · Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ø · Excellent communication and problem solving (troubleshooting, debugging, monitoring tools, queries) skills. Ø · Identify issue patterns and drive continuous improvement ideas to resolve them. Ø · Desirable working with Service now, JIRA. And commendable knowledge on Incident management, Problem management Preferred skill sets: Highly confident with providing support to users Ø Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to customers.
