Job Description A career within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximize the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions

*Responsibilities: • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions. • Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, Benefits, and Personnel Development. • Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to optimize HR processes through SAP. • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot and resolve SAP HCM issues. • Develop functional and technical specifications for custom enhancements or integrations. • Provide end-user training and documentation. • Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in SAP HCM. • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Finance, and IT. • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and audit requirements related to Human Resources. • Participate in SAP HCM module upgrades and new implementations. • Monitor performance and optimize SAP HCM system configurations.

*Mandatory skill sets • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in SAP HCM implementation and support. • Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules: PA, OM, TM, Payroll, Benefits, and Time Evaluation. • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus. • Experience with SAP configuration, integration, and data migration. • Good understanding of HR processes and policies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of SAP scripting languages and tools (ABAP, LSMW) is a plus

*Preferred skill sets • SAP HCM Certification. • Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP HCM cloud solutions.
