Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned SAP Ariba Responsibilities:

•   Integrate Ariba with SAP ERP and other enterprise systems.
•   Provide end‑to‑end support for Ariba implementations, including testing, deployment, a   post‑go‑live support.
•   Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution to maintain smooth procurement operations.
•   Prepare documentation, training materials, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

Mandatory skill sets:

•   Implement and support SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance).
•   Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design Ariba solutions aligned with PepsiCo’s procurement processes.
•   Configure Ariba workflows, templates, and approval processes.

Preferred skill sets:

•    Strong hands‑on experience in SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement).
• Good understanding of SAP ERP integration with Ariba.
• Experience in workflow configuration and approval processes.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Exposure to SAP Ariba Guided Buying and Supplier Lifecycle Management.
• Experience in Adobe Forms or reporting tools for procurement.
• Prior experience working in FMCG or large enterprise environments.
• Client‑facing experience with strong stakeholder management skills.
