Responsibilities: 

Experience criteria: 5+ years of relevant experience

· Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across devices.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, designers, and backend engineers—to deliver scalable and user-centric features.

· Write clean, modular, and reusable code following industry best practices and coding standards.

· Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and services to enhance app functionality.

· Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compatibility across multiple OS versions and devices.

· Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance tuning before deployment.

· Manage version control with Git and participate in peer code reviews.

· Stay up to date with emerging trends, frameworks, and tools in mobile development.

Skillset requirement:

Mandatory skill sets:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

· 5 years of experience in mobile application development.

· Proven track record of building and deploying apps using React Native.

· Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React ecosystem.

· Familiarity with native development (Java/Kotlin for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS) is an advantage.

· Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.

· Proficiency in Redux/MobX or other state management solutions.

· Experience with development tools such as Xcode, Android Studio, and Expo.

· Understanding of UI/UX best practices for mobile applications.

· Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for App Store and Google Play.

· Solid knowledge of mobile test frameworks (Jest, Detox, Appium, or similar)

Preferred skill sets:

· Strong problem-solving skills.

· Experience working in a globally dispersed scrum team.

· Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies.

· Collaboration and engagement skills.

· Experience working with Communications and/or Marketing teams and/or Design Agencies.

· Demonstrated adaptability, goal orientated and innovative individual.

· A firm grasp of responsive design and mobile application design.

· Experience in leading a project team
