Job Description & Summary: PwC is looking for an experienced Senior Associate to lead and manage Quality Management System (QMS) implementation projects for clients, including system selection, configuration, validation, and deployment. This individual will collaborate with client stakeholders to establish or enhance QMS frameworks compliant with regulatory requirements and industry’s best practices.

Responsibilities: 

• Pipeline Development: Design and implement robust ETL/ELT workflows using Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Databricks. 
• Data Lake/Storage Management: Structure and manage data in Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS) and Azure Blob Storage. 
• Big Data Processing: Utilize Azure Databricks (Spark) and Synapse Analytics for large-scale data transformation. 
• Database Management: Work with Azure SQL Database and NoSQL solutions like Azure Cosmos DB. 
• Security & Optimization: Implement Azure role-based access control (RBAC), data encryption, and tune query performance. 
• Collaboration: Work with data scientists and analysts to enable data accessibility and analytics.  
• Technical Skill Requirements : Core Azure Services: Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Azure Synapse Analytics. 
• Languages & Tools: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala. 
• Data Concepts: Expert understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and streaming (Azure Event Hubs). 
• DevOps: Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like ARM templates or Terraform.  

Mandatory Skill sets: 

• Expertise in QMS system configuration, workflow design, and report generation. 
• Knowledge of validation lifecycle and quality documentation standards. 
• Ability to analyze and optimize quality processes leveraging digital tools. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management tools.

Preferred Skill Sets: 

• Strong project management and leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders. 
• Excellent communication skills including client-facing presentations and training delivery.

Education Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Quality Management, Engineering, or related fields.
