Job Description & Summary: A career within…. We focus on a collection of organisational technology capabilities, including business intelligence, data management, and data assurance that help our clients drive innovation, growth, and change within their organisations in order to keep up with the changing nature of customers and technology. We make impactful decisions by mixing mind and machine to leverage data, understand and navigate risk, and help our clients gain a competitive edge. 

We are looking for a seasoned Power Platform professional with 5- 9 years of experience in

designing, developing, and administering enterprise-scale solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform components and a

strong understanding of governance, integration, and solution lifecycle management.

Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Development

Build and maintain scalable applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and

Power Automate for process automation.

Design and optimize Dataverse schema, entities, and relationships.

Develop custom components using PCF, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Fx.

Implement integrations with enterprise systems (Azure AD, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Graph

Connectors) and external APIs.

Governance & Security

Define and enforce Power Platform governance, including DLP policies, environment strategy,

and role-based security.

Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and best practices.

Lifecycle Management

Manage solution lifecycle using CI/CD pipelines, ALM practices, and performance monitoring

tools.

Conduct code reviews and implement quality assurance processes.

Collaboration & Delivery

Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather

requirements and deliver aligned solutions.

Participate in Agile delivery practices (Jira, backlog management, user stories, release

planning).

Support & Mentorship

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments.

Provide guidance and mentorship to citizen developers.

Required Skills & Experience

5 -9 years of overall experience, with 5+ in Power Platform development and administration.

Expertise in:

Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)

Power Automate

Dataverse

AI Builder and Copilot Studio

Platform governance, environment management, DLP policies, and security configurations.

Integration with Azure AD, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and custom connectors.

Familiarity with:

Power BI for reporting and visualization.

CI/CD pipelines, ALM, and performance monitoring.

Proficiency in:

JavaScript, TypeScript, Power Fx, and modern web technologies.

Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Mandatory skill sets:

• Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder

Preferred skill sets:

• Power BI, CI/CD, ALM
