Job Description & Summary 

Managing business performance in today’s complex and rapidly changing business environment is crucial for any organization’s short-term and long-term success. However, ensuring streamlined E2E Oracle fusion Technical to seamlessly adapt to the changing business environment is crucial from a process and compliance perspective. As part of the Technology Consulting -Business Applications - Oracle Practice team, we leverage opportunities around digital disruption, new age operating model and best in class practices to deliver technology enabled transformation to our clients 

*Responsibilities: 

• Job Title:   Performance Engineer

• Key Responsibilities
• Performance Strategy & Execution: Design, develop, and execute performance tests (load, stress, endurance) to simulate real-world traffic scenarios.
• Bottleneck Identification & Tuning: Analyze test results to detect bottlenecks at the application, database, and infrastructure levels, providing actionable recommendations for improvements.
• Automation & CI/CD: Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) for continuous testing.
• Monitoring & Diagnostics: Monitor system resources (CPU, memory, network, database performance) using monitoring tools during testing.
• Capacity Planning: Provide analysis on system capacity, scalability, and infrastructure requirements for future growth.
• Collaboration: Work with developers, architects, and DevOps teams to debug and resolve performance issues.

• Required Technical Skills
• Performance Tools: Proficiency in LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, or Locust.
• Scripting & Programming: Knowledge of Java, Python, Scala, or C, including SQL for database analysis.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools like Kubernetes.
• APM Tools: Proficiency in application performance monitoring (APM) tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic, Datadog).
