Job Description & Summary: We are seeking a talented Power Platform Developer with a strong focus on Power Apps and Power Automate. In this role, you will be at the heart of our mission to digitize and streamline business processes. You will be responsible for the entire solution lifecycle: from collaborating with business users to understand their needs, to designing, building, deploying, and maintaining custom applications and automated workflows. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-friendly applications. You should have a deep understanding of how Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse work together to create seamless experiences. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects across the enterprise and grow into a senior technical expert.

Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the design and architecture of complex, enterprise-scale solutions on the Power Platform. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and align with long-term business and IT roadmaps. · Platform Governance & Strategy: Define, implement, and manage the Power Platform governance strategy, including environment management, security policies, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and the Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit. · Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Act as the lead technical expert for the development team. Provide guidance, conduct code and architecture reviews, establish development best practices, and mentor junior and mid-level developers. · Pro-Code Extensibility: Architect and oversee the development of custom components (PCFs), custom connectors, and Azure-based integrations (Azure Functions, Logic Apps) to extend the platform's capabilities for advanced requirements. · Stakeholder Engagement & Evangelism: Collaborate with senior business leaders, IT directors, and enterprise architects to identify opportunities, present solution designs, and evangelize the value of the Power Platform. · Advanced Development: Take a hands-on role in developing the most complex and critical components of solutions, setting the standard for quality and innovation. · CI/CD & ALM: Design and implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) strategies for the Power Platform, leveraging Azure DevOps or similar tools for continuous integration and deployment.

Mandatory skill sets:

· Expert-Level Platform Knowledge: Deep, hands-on expertise in architecting solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse. · Solution Architecture: Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale,

complex business applications, with a focus on security, scalability, and maintainability. · · Governance & Security: Demonstrable experience establishing Power Platform governance, including administering environments, DLP policies, and leveraging the CoE Starter Kit. · Pro-Code Extensibility: Strong experience extending the Power Platform with pro-code tools. This includes creating custom connectors, Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls, and integrating with Azure Functions or Logic Apps. · Data & Integration: Expertise in designing complex data models in Dataverse and integrating with various enterprise systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP, SQL Server) via APIs. · Leadership & Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Ability to mentor team members and clearly articulate complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders.

Preferred skill sets:

· Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) is highly desired. PL-400 is also a strong asset. · Azure DevOps: Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions. · Power BI Architecture: Experience designing enterprise-level reporting solutions using Power BI, including data modeling and security. · Dynamics 365: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, etc.) and how it integrates with the Power Platform. · Scripting & Programming: Proficiency in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and PowerShell. · Agile/Scrum Leadership: Experience acting as a technical lead or Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
