The ideal candidate will have strong UI development skills, a solid understanding of frontend architecture, and the ability to work closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a talented and passionate React Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building user-friendly and high-performance web applications using React.js. You will collaborate with our design and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences and implement innovative solutions. 

Responsibilities: 

1. Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive, and scalable user interfaces using React.js. 
2. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement modern, user-friendly designs. 
3. Write clean, modular, and reusable code with a focus on performance and maintainability. 
4. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. 
5. Integrate RESTful APIs and work with backend services. 
6. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. 
7. Work in an agile environment and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. 
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in front-end development and React. 
9. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness. 
10. Implement unit and integration tests to ensure code quality. 

Mandatory skill sets: 

1. 5-8 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js. 
2. Strong experience with React Hooks, Redux, and state management. 
3. Familiarity with RESTful API integration. 
4. Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development. 
5. Experience with version control systems like Git. 
6. Knowledge of modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel). 
7. Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha. 
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. 
9. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. 

Preferred skill sets: 

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. 

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and development best practices.
