Those in internal audit at PwC help build, optimise and deliver end-to-end internal audit services to clients in all industries. This includes IA function setup and transformation, co-sourcing, outsourcing and managed services, using AI and other risk technology and delivery models. IA capabilities are combined with other industry and technical expertise, in areas like cyber, forensics and compliance, to address the full spectrum of risks. Risk Assurance Services (RAS) is one of PwC’s high growth verticals. It supports clients in defining their strategy, formulating business objectives and managing performance while achieving a balance between risk and opportunity or return. Our services within the Risk Assurance practice cover the entire risk & controls spectrum across Internal Audit, Governance, Risk & Controls, Contract & Compliance, Data analytics etc.

Technical Skills:

• Experience in Internal Audit/ Process Audit concepts & methodology
• Processes, Sub-processes, and Activities as well as their relationship
• Must be proficient in MS- Office
• Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX)/ IFC Reviews, SOP’s
• Internal control concepts (e.g., Preventive Controls; Detective Controls; Risk Assessment; Anti-fraud Controls; etc.)

Soft Skills:

• Clarity of thought, articulation, and expression
• Takes ownership, sincere and focused on execution
• Confident and good verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
