Responsibilities: · Lead the Go-To-Market strategy for Data and Analytics offerings across industry verticals. · Drive revenue growth by identifying market opportunities, shaping client solutions, and building strategic partnerships. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable data-driven solutions. · Represent PwC in client engagements, industry forums, and thought leadership initiatives. · Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. · Ensure alignment of data and analytics solutions with client business objectives and regulatory requirements. · Oversee delivery quality, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency across engagements. · Contribute to the development of new service offerings and accelerators in the data and analytics space. Mandatory skill sets: · Proven experience in leading GTM strategy and execution for data and analytics services. · Deep expertise in data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), data engineering, and analytics frameworks. · Strong understanding of business intelligence, data governance, and data monetization strategies. · Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. · Ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable business insights. · Experience in managing large-scale transformation programs and multi-disciplinary teams. Preferred skill sets: · Exposure to AI/ML, predictive analytics, and advanced statistical modeling. · Experience in consulting or advisory roles within Big 4 or Tier-1 firms. · Familiarity with industry-specific data challenges (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Retail). · Certifications in cloud platforms, data science, or analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake). Years of experience required: 7 years in data and analytics driving GTM initiatives.
