Job Description & Summary

Job Position Title:

Senior Associate_ Frontend (UI/UX) Developer_ Emerging Businesses- Advisory_

Responsibilities:

3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development

• Design, develop and implement engaging and interactive user interfaces, dashboards for web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes into high-quality code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while maintaining high-quality design and user experience.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide feedback on design constraints.
• Implement responsive designs to ensure a consistent experience across various devices and screen sizes.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
• Troubleshoot and fix front-end issues and bugs to maintain a smooth user interface.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in front-end development and UI/UX design to apply innovative techniques and tools.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency using various HTML5 UI templates (e.g. Tailwind CSS, Shadcn, Material UI, etc)
• Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of UI design principles and best practices.
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design techniques.
• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization techniques.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and practices to ensure inclusive design.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Knowledge of UI test case scripting for each edge cases as per business requirement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality product delivery.
