Responsibilities: 

We are seeking talented and experienced Senior Associates with expertise in DevOps to join our team as Full-Time Employees (FTE) for a hybrid work environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate on impactful projects with a focus on innovation and efficiency. 

• Design, implement, and manage scalable DevOps solutions to streamline development 

• processes. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance software delivery and infrastructure 

• automation. 

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal functionality. 

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid deployment cycles. 

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the DevOps framework. 

• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards across all deployments. 

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. 

Experience & Qualifications 

Experience: 4 to 6 years of professional experience in DevOps or related roles. 

Proficiency in DevOps tools and technologies such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and 

cloud platforms. 

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

Proven track record in implementing automation strategies and infrastructure as code. 

Preferred Sector Expertise 

While specific sector expertise is not mandatory, candidates with experience in industries requiring 

scalable and secure DevOps systems will be preferred.
