Job Description & Summary: A career within….

Responsibilities:

Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments, ensuring statistical rigor and business relevance. Translate business and product questions into analytical plans, applying SQL and statistical tools to generate insights. Partner with product managers to define success metrics, build tracking plans, and ensure reliable data instrumentation. Analyze user journeys, product funnels, and behavioral patterns to uncover friction points and opportunities for growth or retention. Perform deep-dive analysis on feature adoption, conversion performance, and customer segments to inform roadmap decisions. Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve data tools using BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to democratize insights. Collaborate with data engineers to validate data pipelines and ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms. Present findings to cross-functional stakeholders through clear storytelling, emphasizing actionable recommendations, and business impact.

Mandatory skill sets:

Advanced SQL proficiency: Ability to write complex queries involving joins, subqueries, window functions, Common Table Expressions (CTEs), and query optimization for performance tuning. • Experience with relational databases: Hands-on experience working with databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. • Data analysis: Strong capability in data extraction, transformation, and interpretation to draw meaningful business insights. • Data validation and quality assurance: Demonstrated experience ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. • Report creation: Experience building automated reports and visualizations to communicate data findings effectively • Problem-solving mindset: Ability to independently analyze complex business problems using data. • Strong communication skills: Capable of translating technical data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders. • Business acumen: Understanding of industry or domain-specific metrics and KPIs to contextualize data insights. • Collaborative experience: Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including business users, IT, and data engineering. • Attention to detail and accuracy: High standard for quality and precision in work output.
