Responsibilities:
Functional Responsibilities · Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements · Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows · Map end-to-end CRM processes including: o Lead & Opportunity Management o Sales Pipeline & Forecasting o Customer Service & Case Management o Marketing Campaigns & Automation o Customer Data Management · Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with CRM platform capabilities · Define business rules, workflows, and approval processes · Support UAT activities by preparing test scenarios, test cases, and user training materials · Act as a functional SME during solution design, implementation, and post-go-live support --- Technical Responsibilities · Configure and customize CRM modules based on business requirements · Work on: o Custom objects/entities o Fields, forms, views, and page layouts o Workflows, flows, and automation rules · Collaborate with technical teams on: o Integrations with ERP, billing, marketing tools, and third-party systems o Data migration, data cleansing, and data validation · Perform basic to intermediate development activities (as per platform), such as: o Apex / Plugins / Scripts o Web services (REST/SOAP) o Custom APIs · Troubleshoot application issues and provide root cause analysis · Ensure adherence to security, performance, and scalability best practices --- Stakeholder & Delivery Responsibilities · Act as a single point of contact between business users and technical teams · Participate in: o Sprint planning o Daily stand-ups
o Design reviews o Release planning · Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations · Create and maintain functional and technical documentation
