We are hiring for Risk Systems Execution/Change Management professionals across 3–4 categories. These roles are process-focused, not analytical or tech-heavy, and require strong project/program management experience.

Key responsibilities include managing BAU changes by analyzing,

designing, implementing, testing, and deploying changes raised by

Credit Risk, Strategy, or Operations, followed by post-implementation

validation.

Responsibilities:

We are hiring for Risk Systems Execution/Change Management professionals across 3–4 categories. These roles are process-focused, not analytical or tech-heavy, and require strong project/program management experience. Key responsibilities include managing BAU changes by analyzing, designing, implementing, testing, and deploying changes raised by Credit Risk, Strategy, or Operations, followed by post-implementation validation. Candidates will also support credit bureau and third-party vendor management, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. While the primary focus is on process execution, familiarity with data pulls and production-policy matching is needed. Ideal candidates demonstrate grit, drive, and a deep understanding of risk operations, with strong process orientation and career ambition for future migration into advanced risk roles. These positions are critical for ensuring seamless deployment of credit policy changes and vendor oversight.
