Job Description & Summary: A career within….

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to gather, analyze and document business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
- Analyze data sets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in order to conduct feasibility studies and prepare requirement documentation.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, story grooming, and backlog prioritization sessions in Agile environments.
- Support project teams by creating use cases, user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
-  Perform data analysis and visual data representation using tools like PowerBI/DataStudio
- Write and optimize DAX queries within Power BI to build calculated measures, columns, and advanced data models for insightful reporting and dashboards. (good to have)
-  Proficient in writing complex queries using tools like SQL to extact and manage data.
- Leverage basic Python knowledge for data manipulation, automation of repetitive tasks, and supplementary data analysis.  (good to have)
- Utilize basic prompting techniques with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to accelerate documentation, data analysis, requirement drafting, and productivity workflows.
- Create and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) dashboards to provide real-time visibility into project progress, team velocity, sprint health, and delivery metrics. Write complex queries within ADO to generate custom reports, track work    items, and support data-driven decision-making across teams.
- Act as a liaison between business units, development teams, and quality assurance to ensure the solution meets business needs.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, escalating as needed.
- Perform impact analysis and change management to adapt to evolving business requirements.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans and user acceptance testing to ensure delivery quality.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in line with organizational standards.
- Continuously improve processes and tools by adopting best practices in business analysis and agile delivery

Mandatory skill sets:

-  Strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and project management principles.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. 
-  Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps/Jira. 
- Hands-on experience in creating ADO dashboards, building custom widgets, and writing complex ADO queries (WIQL) for reporting and tracking purposes.
-  Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Clear communication and collaboration abilities.

IIBA (BA):  ECBA(Entry level), CCBA(Mid level), CBAP(Senior level)
IIBA (BDA): CBDA
